This roundtable will be led by our member Ally O'Neil of Upstate Design Studio. This will be a causal conversation but a few areas of leadership we'll touch on include:

  • Getting buy in from others for your big ideas

  • Coaching for success/accountability within the team

  • Onboarding and training tips
