Peer Mentorship program
How many times have you thought to yourself, “I wish I had someone to hold me accountable?”
A pro and con of running your own business is having the freedom to do what you want, and working within your own timeline. The problem we run into is because we’re often a team of one, there’s no one to help ensure we put our plans into action, stay on track and stay motivated.
Our new Peer Mentorship Program is designed to provide you with the support you need to confidently make moves in your business, share your expertise and experiences to help support a fellow woman in business, and build long-lasting connections in the process.
How does it work?
The Peer Mentorship Program is a free members-only initiative that runs each quarter. To register, you will fill out the form below to help determine the nature of your business, the areas of business you need the most support with, and your skills and expertise. Once all registrations have been received, you will be matched with another participant based on the information on your form and theirs.
You and your peer are partners for the quarter (3 months). You will meet bi-weekly for one hour or longer if you choose, to talk about each of your businesses, tasks currently on your plate, new projects or initiatives coming up in your business, etc. Each peer will have 30 minutes (longer if you choose to extend your session) to focus on their business needs and goals. By the end of each session, each peer will have a list of three or more tasks they are to complete by the next bi-weekly session. While these sessions are with you and your peer only, you will be given worksheets to help guide the conversation if needed, and to help outline your goals and upcoming tasks to complete. By the end of the program, you will have completed 6 sessions with your peer. Peer sessions will all take place during the same week to ensure peers are meeting consistently and so everyone in the program is one the same page. #YayPeerWeek
The next round of the Peer Mentorship + Program runs from October - December, 2023. This is a members-only program and is free to participate. We will accept up to 20 participants for this round (10 pairs). Participants will be accepted on a first come, first served basis.
